NHS Policy

Unfortunately, due to limited NHS capacity at the practice any short notice cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend any 2 appointments will result in removal from the active NHS patient list, meaning you are unable to book further appointments. This is to ensure we are able to see and treat as many of our NHS patients as possible and maintain our high standard of care to all. Please note we are only able to offer NHS dental appointments if we have the capacity at the time as there is no registration for NHS dentistry.
